With a strong background as a product engineer in the computer software industry, I specialize in C/C++, Java, OpenCV, MATLAB, and C#. I hold a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

I'm Dr. Parveen Goel, Keynote Speaker at the HRM Conference and Director of Engineering and Projects at Canada Post, with a passion for solving complex business challenges and leading innovation. With years of experience in the supply chain and automotive industries, I’ve successfully launched new plants and products, and I enjoy teaching and mentoring future leaders. I also teach Operations Management at UBC’s Sauder School of Business. I hold a Ph.D. from WSU Detroit, an MBA from UBC, and certifications as a Professional Engineer, PMP, and Six Sigma Black Belt. I'm dedicated to community service as President-elect of the Rotary Club of Surrey and as a board member of PICS.
